Q. How Much Is Postage?
A. Australian orders are delivered free of charge. Postage on international orders is $15.00 flat.
Q. How Will My Order Be Sent?
A. Within Australia jewellery orders are sent registered and insured with Australia Post. Non-jewellery items (like Accessories) are sent by regular parcel post. International orders are sent by Air Mail with Australia Post.
Q. How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
A. In Australia 4-7 working days. 5-14 days for international orders.
Q. Can You Deliver To A PO Box?
A. No. Registered Post is a door-to-door receipted delivery service and must be signed for.
Q. How Will My Order Be Packaged?
A. Each item of jewellery is packaged individually in a soft organza gift bag and then bubble wrapped. It is then posted in a bubble wrapped postage bag for extra protection.
Q. What Currency Do You Accept?
A. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are transacted in Australian Dollars. All prices are GST inclusive.
Q. Do You Have A Minimum Order Amount?
A. No. You can spend as little or as much as you like.
