Pay off your order - we offer lay by payment by prior arrangement:
- Minimum purchase is $100.
- A $5.00 lay by fee is payable with the first payment, and is non-refundable.
- The first payment (a 20% deposit) is due at the time of purchase.
- You then have 2 calendar months to pay the remaining 80% in whatever installments you can manage.
- Your purchase will be sent to you when the final payment is made.
- Lay by payment is only available to Australian customers.

You will be issued with a lay by number that should be used as the payment reference so that we can keep track of your payments.
Lay by is not available for credit card or PayPal payments.

Our automated lay by system should be ready in a few months, but in the meantime:
- Add the items that you want to your shopping basket.
- Go to the Checkout and enter your details
- At the bottom of the page there is a section for Payment Method - please select "Layby"
- Click on "Continue To Payment"
- We will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of your layby deposit
Cancellations And Overdues

We will refund all money paid to date, with the exception of the $5.00 lay by fee which is non-refundable, and a $10.00 cancellation fee, under the following circumstances:
- You cancel your lay by contacting us in writing.
- The finalisation of your lay by becomes overdue by 2 weeks or more. (ie; the lay by is still not finalised 2 months and 2 weeks following the date of the original purchase)
