Faulty Goods: We will happily exchange or refund items that are defective in manufacture.
Returns: The faulty item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was received - unworn, unused and in its original packaging - within 10 days of shipping, with postage back to us at your cost.
Exchanges: Faulty items can only be exchanged for the same style and colour as the returned item. We will cover the cost of sending you the replacement item.
Refunds: Refunds will only be credited back to the credit card that you used to make the original purchase.
Wrong Size: There are no refunds or exchanges due to improper fit of bracelets or necklaces. Sizes and measurements are shown as part of the detail information for each piece, and more information is available on our Sizing Information page.
This return and refund policy is in accordance with the Refund Policy Guidelines of the Queensland Office Of Fair Trading.

All jewellery consignments over $50.00 are sent insured with Australia Post. Please see the Insurance section of our Ordering And Shipping page for more information.

In order to make the return of any faulty items as simple as possible:
- Please contact us immediately you receive the goods to let us know that you will be returning them.
- Let us know the original invoice number, what it is you are returning, why you are returning it, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Return the goods to us, in their original packaging, within 10 days of the date shown on your invoice.
- Your replacement items will be shipped back to you (at our cost) on receipt of the returned items.
- Any refund will be credited back to the credit card you used for your original purchase within 3 working days of receiving the returned items.
- We will contact you by email once everything has been sorted out.
It is in your best interests to retain proof of postage as you will be responsible for the returned goods until they arrive back with us.

While we will do everything in our power to correct any disruption to our service, we do not make any promise that our website or service is entirely error free.
