Phone orders and fax orders are most welcome. Click here to download a fax-back order form, or ring us on 07 4055 8472 to place a phone order.
Payment for phone orders or fax orders can be by credit card, bank deposit or bank cheque.
Payment By Bank Deposit Or Bank Cheque

If you would sooner pay by bank deposit or bank cheque instead of credit card, please select one of these as your preferred payment option when submitting you order.
Please note that we do not accept personal cheques, or bank drafts in currencies other than Australian Dollars.
We accept payment by Mastercard and Visa by either the PayPal network or the National Australia Bank NSIPS online credit card gateway.
Paypal does not charge buyers any fees so this service is free of any additional charges to you.
You don't need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal's secure payment system with a credit card, however if you already have a Paypal account, you can also pay us by transferring funds from your paypal account to ours.

Our jewellery is packaged in a soft organza gift bag and then bubble wrapped. It is then posted in a bubble wrapped postage bag for extra protection.
All orders are sent with Australia Post. While we believe that we have partnered with an excellent delivery partner, despite our best efforts there may be times when parcels are delayed in the delivery process.
We will always endeavour to work closely with Australia Post to ensure prompt delivery of your order.

* Non-jewellery items (Accessories Category) and orders under $50 are not insured, and are sent by Parcel Post. Tracking is not available on Parcel Post deliveries.
Express Post: If you require urgent delivery we can send your order by Express Post for an extra $10.00. This will reduce the delivery time to 2 working days. Please contact us if you require Express Post shipping.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Registered Post is a door-to-door receipted delivery service and must be signed for.
Order Tracking - Australian Orders Only

Australian orders will have a tracking number issued and sent to you by email. This tracking number can be queried on the Australia Post web site. Tracking is not available on Parcel Post deliveries.

All jewellery orders over $50.00 for delivery within Australia are insured with Australia Post.
Insurance claims for undelivered parcels are between us and Australia Post and we will re-imburse you once we have been re-imbursed by Australia Post. Insurance claims for delivered, but damaged, parcels are between you and Australia Post but we can assist you in making your claim against them directly.
Please contact us immediately if you need to make a claim.
As our items are usually in stock, we can process your order within 24-48 hours.
In the event that we have experienced an unusually high demand for an item which delays the delivery of your order, we will email you with a revised delivery date, the option of split delivery or held delivery, or the option to cancel your order. In the case of a split delivery there will be no charge for the second consignment.
Import Duties - Overseas Orders

Some countries impose duties, taxes and tarrifs on imported goods and these charges are levied at the point of entry into that country. You, as the purchaser, is responsible for these charges that are generally paid direct to the customs or excise authorities in that country by the receiver of the goods.
